Building is more than a profession for Benjamin Peat, it is a craft that has been refined over nearly three decades. Since founding Benja Build in 1996, Benjamin has built a reputation for delivering exceptional homes defined by quality, integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
Known for his hands-on involvement and collaborative approach, Benjamin works closely with clients, architects and designers to bring ambitious ideas to life while ensuring every aspect of the construction process is carefully managed. His ability to combine technical expertise with practical problem-solving allows complex projects to be delivered with confidence and precision.
For Benjamin, the success of a project is measured not only by the finished result, but by the experience clients have throughout the journey. Most of our homes are built in close collaboration with the client's own architects, engineers and designers Ben's role is to bring that vision to life with precision, and to manage every trade and detail along the way.
For clients who'd like it, we also offer an optional in-house interior design service. When you don't have a designer or want a single team across both the build and the finishes we can guide the selection of kitchens, joinery, wardrobes and materials so everything is resolved together.
